Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has been making waves in the Democratic Party ever since she won her primary in June 2018. Indeed Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley as part of the new freshman class of congresspeople are pushing the Democrats to the Left in a way we haven’t seen in many years, with headline after headline showing how the Establishment is complaining about it. And they need reinforcements. They need you.
Justice Democrats is an organisation that helps recruit, guide and manage uncorrupted, progressive, people focussed candidates to run in the Democratic Party. Congresspeople, governors, state-legislators: at every level of government, the Justice Democrats are there to put candidates in who don’t take corrupting, special interest money in their campaign donations, to run for office, and to win. Almost all JD candidates enter the race at the primary level - that means their first fight is against other Democrats. If you are tired of seeing the same old corrupt incumbent keep holding onto their position in power election after election, or you can’t stand to see another centrist blue dog step into representing a deep blue, left wing constituency, then it’s time for the Justice Democrats.
